The LG MEE62385201 Range Radiant Surface Heating Element converts electrical energy into radiant heat for cooking on the surface. It is installed beneath the cooktop at the designated heating zone, where it connects to the electrical terminals and control circuit. When power is supplied, the internal heating coils become hot & transfer heat upward through the cooking surface to cookware.
