The LG AJU73432602 Dryer Water Inlet Valve Assembly controls the entry of water into the appliance designated water circuit. It is positioned at the water supply connection, where the inlet line connects to the valve and an outlet passage directs water toward the connected internal assembly. When the control circuit sends an electrical signal to the valve solenoid the internal passage opens & permits water to flow. When the signal stops, the valve closes, and interrupts the supply. This assembly regulates water delivery according to the dryer's programmed cycle requirements.
